conf/62230: log-in-vain issues it's msg every time

If you add:
define(`confTO_IDENT', `0')dnl
to your /etc/mail/`hostname`.mc and rebuild and reinstall you sendmail
config in the usual way, it will stop sendmail(8) trying to use the
ident service at all.
