Mozilla Firefox 0.8 + Flash 6 plugin woes

I managed to get it up and working with the www/linuxpluginwrapper port
- congratulations nork on a well documented and easy to install port.
  Still seems a bit buggy, but the majority of the functionality is
there.

Hello Folks,

Can anyone help me? I am looking to get my Mozilla Firefox (Native)
working with the Macromedia Flash 6 plugin. 

Has anyone got a step-by-step on how to accomplish this?
