Sendmail is sleepy

Ouch!  I hate to hear that.
Can you confirm my suspicion that this did not occur prior to
4.8-RELEASE-p4?
Seems to me that the reason for the p4 patch was something to do with
sendmail security.
I'm sure it's in the UPDATING file, I'm too lazy to check right now.
