Hi,

I have a problem when trying to install FreeBSD 5.1.
Problem appear on initialize part, installer have frozen and it is a
little bit strange for me.

Hardware configuration:
2 IDE Hdd, both on one cable, generally 3 partitions. One is empty for
FreeBSD.
256 RAM
Celeron 500MHz
CD-RW

Trace with errors from installer ->

First I see:
        acpi: bad rsdp checksum (155)

Next:
after -
        bus_explore_done
        sbp_post_explore(sbp_rdd=2)

I see -
        (probe1:sbp0:0:1:0:error22)
        (probe1:sbp0:0:1:0:error22) Unretryable error
and so on from (probe1:sbp0:0:1:0:error22) to
        (probe1:sbp0:0:6:0:error22)

next:
        mounting root from ufs:/.../md0
        startinit: trying/sbin/init
        startinit: trying /sbin/oinit
        .............trying /init.bak
        .............trying /stand/sysinstall

...and here installer have frozen!

How could I resolve that problem?
Thanks for help :-)

Best regards
Radek (Poland)
