I've been trying to upgrade named to version 9 but seem to be missing something.... Currently have: FreeBSD 4.6.2 with named 8.3.3 downloaded, configured and installed version 9 - updated rc.conf to point to the new location, rebooted and I'm still running 8.3.3 any help appreciated Thanks Arni
