make buildworld failed

Hi, All.

I have a problem with "make buildworld" on various FreeBSD systems (4.1,
4.4, 4.7).
On all systems I used CVSUP with next parameters:

*default host=cvsup4.ru.FreeBSD.org
*default base=/usr
*default prefix=/usr
*default release=cvs tag=RELENG_4
*default delete use-rel-suffix
#*default compress
src-all

Then, I run "make buildworld" from /usr/src/, and it failed on various
steps (depending OS-version).

I read many FAQ and manuals, but can't resolve the problem. :-(

I'm novice in FreeBSD.

Any ideas welcome...
