freeswan vs. racoon

Dear all,

I have a ipsec transport tunnel between linux and
freebsd and it already worked for a while. Yesterday,
This tunnel stop working after I reboot linux box.
When I start racoon in foreground, it keep complaining
'no peer's CERT payload found'. How can I fix it? I
don't even know how it happen.
