PPTP: IPCP negotiation error

Hi,

I am trying to connect to a PPTP server using pptpclient-1.1.0. It
fails giving me error while negotiating IPCP. The error message is 

Too many IPCP REQs sent - abandoning negotiation 

Seems like the server is rejecting the client's ip address. Not sure
why. Any help would be appreciated.

My config file -
