   WTB:
   ProLiant DL320G3 SATA Rack [374295-405]
   Intel P4 processor [385652-L21]
   4GB RAM [354563-B21]
2x 500GB SATA disks [395473-B21] (will consider 300GB-500GB SCSI if
   there is no other choice)
Can anybody confirm thatFreeBSD/i386 4.10-RELEASE will recognize the
   RAID 1 and Hard Drives?
Here is the official list of supported hardware on our FreeBSD
   release: [1]http://www.freebsd.org/releases/4.10R/hardware-i386.html
At this point it is so urgent that I do not care about RAID 1 any
more. I just need the most powerful server that will be compatible
with FreeBSD 4. Bellow is the link to a quick guide for software
   install and test page.

   here are the minimum requirements:
   1. 2x 300GB Hard Drive (500GB SATA desired but not required, can take
   SCSI)
   2. 4GB memory (additional 2GB desired but not required)
   3. RAID 1 (very desired but not required)
   4. rack mount kit must be included
these 2 configurations are what we think might work, but i don't
care, I can take anything else.
