problem loading zfs module on a xserve-g5/powerpc64

Hello,

does anybody ele see this, too ?

Hardware is a Xserve-G5 (powerpc64 (4GB RAM) running recent
9-current), installed with the last snapshot, then upgraded with csup
(kern.osrevision: 199506)
Panic occures (reproducible) during loading zfs, either with kldload
- -or- /etc/rc.d/zfs start:
