CouchDB 2.x port for FreeBSD

Hello everybody. 

I've been watching those two bugs for almost an year, and they just
don't seem to come to an end... So I was curious (and I mean, ignorantly
and naively curious) as what the problem is and if there will ever be a
couchdb2 port... where is the process stuck?
