This is interesting.  I have:

d11rmi7: {120} # pkg search linux_base-c6
linux_base-c6-6.6_2

But when I checked the URL 
http://pkg.FreeBSD.org/FreeBSD:9:amd64/latest/All/ I found

linux_base-c6-6.6_3.txz

Is the repository index out of step with the repository contents? Note 
that I did a port upgrade before
trying the install.
