Well, for me it's not "all" at amount POV:

% pkg info  | wc -l
     726
% pkg info -r perl | wc -l
     234
-----

But that minority includes libreoffice, virtualbox, qt4-*, texlive,
xorg-*, firefox, thunderbird... So, I'd say effictivly it's really
almost all.

Technically "portmaster -r perl" rebuild all that depends on perl.
So you get what you asked for.

Should almost whole ports be rebuilded at a minor perl upgrade is
another question. And I think that the most resent change in perl
paths (the minor version was removed, i.e. 5.14.2 -> 5.14) is a step
in the right direction.
