-exp needed. anyone using tripwire?

Due to the 'IS_INTERACTIVE' in Makefile, and, in fact, in the ports/src Makefile, this won't package, which means this won't 
tinderbox (and PH will complain).  I have seen pr's in the past that tried to fix this issue, but it never went away.
(you install this, and it goes to tripwire web site, and asks you to 'ack' their GPL2 license.)

Looking for -exp to test update to tripwire.

yes, portlint -C is nasty also, any suggestions there would be nice.

maintainer is ports@, but if I get enough good suggestions, cut down portlint -C compliants a little I'll own it. (unless 
someone else wants it)

I can open a PR in GNATS to track -exp if you think that is the best way to do that, or we can just keep it here on the 
list.
