Does USE_GCC= 4.5+ also set C++ and Fortran to g++45/46 and gfortran45/46?

That may change, if:

and/or some other code is further developed to work inside of or along
with llvm, and you could then use it with clang or dragonegg.  But I'm
guessing that will also take some time.
