Builds and installs, yes.  Too bad about needing Mono, but whatever.

Unfortunately, no:

   % hugin
   Panorama obj created
   Segmentation fault (core dumped)

That core dump isn't hugin--no hugin.core.  It's some component that I 
haven't yet located.
