When I put the about:plugins as the URL. I get, among others:

    Shockwave Flash

      File name: npwrapper.libflashplayer.so
      Shockwave Flash 7.0 r70

    MIME Type Description Suffixes Enabled
    application/x-shockwave-flash Shockwave Flash swf Yes
    application/futuresplash FutureSplash Player spl Yes

Both. Where the flash player should be is totally blank in firefox.

I just set hw.snd.compat_linux_mmap: 1 but still no change.

Will do.

I can try over the weekend and before if I can get a couple of spare minutes.

Thanks, Alexander.
