Slightly faster "make all-depends-list"

Here is a C program that does the same as "make all-depends-list" but 
runs four threads at once.  I get small time increases on a regular 
computer, and twice the speed on dual processor systems.

e.g.
all-depends-list /usr/ports/x11/xorg
