FreeBSD Port: bash-3.2.17_2

Hi Obrien,
portupgrading bash from 3.1.17 to 3.2.17_2 is finished with error about missing autoconf.
It is interesting why bash needs autoconf while compiling and for the second I have autoconf package,
but it is useless for that as you can see below.
What can I do to fix it?
