FreeBSD Port: net-p2p/freenet

Can we mark this as "to be deleted" or whatever the delete in next round 
of deletes is.  freenet v5 is no longer support by the freenet folk and 
as a p2p network which depends on peers, it no longer works.

Freenet v6 is a whole different beast and not one well suited to the 
ports system as it is under rapid development.  I might at some point 
attempt a snapshot release but that will have to wait.
