FreeBSD ports: 1 unfetchable distfile: sysutils/psgconf

Bill,
I am going to ask you to verify this case, as I cannot reproduce the
problem you are seeing:

=> psgconf-3.2.4.tar.gz doesn't seem to exist in /usr/ports/distfiles/.

psgconf-3.2.4.tar.gz 100% of 232 kB 366 kBps
Seems fine to me. Since I also have access to ftp-
dev.cites.uiuc.edu, I can see the ftp log messages:
