Hello,
several problems have been found within the sources of ulxmlrpcpp. When using
huge double values there was the possibility to corrupt the stack due to a
too small buffer. Additionally there were problems with non-reentrant system
calls to gethostbyname() and others under high load. All these problems can
lead to crashes.
All those issues seem to be fixed now and can be downloaded via subversion.
There will be a new release in about a week. It is recommended to use this
new release in the future. If you want to stick with an older version due to
compatibility reasons I can help to fix older sources as all the problems
seem to exist from the very beginning.
greets
