5.1.3 is already obsoleted by 5.1.4. While 5.1.3 was released to fix
a security hole, it also breaks many scripts at the same time. This
is supposed to be fixed in 5.1.4. I'll refrain to comment on the QA
practices of the PHP release engineers :-)
