No more free license for math/mupad

Dear list,
I recived a lot of e-mails from fenner or kris that math/mupad
is unfetchable.
I tried to fix it and finally updated to newest version 3.2.0.
Unfortunately they don't provide free license for this and later versions,
and 30 days trial license doesn't seem to be available at the moment.

I should upgrade this port to make fetchable, but I cannot test
it...
