It could be more useful if portscout scan for the very last release.

ex:
plan9port	devel	20060214	20060215	2006-04-01 22:28:12 GMT	2006-04-02 
02:51:38 GMT

but I know that was a newer release than the 20060215  at the MASTER_SITES.
