Ports with duplicate LATEST_LINKS

Do you want to keep getting these reports until the end of time?  I
wouldn't :-)

There's some small value in it anyway..users may create the package
links themselves, as long as they don't redistribute them externally.
Some organization might have their own package server for internal use
with pkg_add -r, for example.
