moving from gs-gnu to gs-gpl

I just made a follow-up to PR ports/76731, with all the bits needed.  
This needs portmng approval due to bsd.port.mk changes.

If this can be tested on the build cluster, I think we can ship 5.4 with 
ghostscript-gpl as default gs.
