www/apache22 uses wrong libtool

On my FBSD6-stable the apache22 build tries to use
/usr/local/build-1/libtool which belongs to the port apr-nothr-db4-1.2.2_1 .

Building fails with:
libtool: compile: unable to infer tagged configuration
libtool: compile: specify a tag with `--tag'

I think the port should be using /usr/local/bin/libtool15 which belongs
to the port devel/libtool15 .
