samba-libsmbclient and samba should not be conflicting ports

I have discussed this with the samba-devel maintainer some time ago 
(http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=ports/64523) and he has followed 
up with a PR that implements exactly what I proposed 
(http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=ports/65976). Now all that's 
needed is approval from the samba-libsmbclient maintainer and a commit.
