samba-libsmbclient and samba should not be conflicting ports

How about really spllitting samba-devel into a smbclient part and a 
~smbclient part and have the none smbclient part depend on the smbclient 
part. In this way, ports depending on the smbclient libs can co-exist 
with the server (which also depend of libsmbclient).
