mutt/vim highlighting (was: vim ignoring configure options)

The mutt folks changed the filename template in so vim does not
recognize the 'letter' as a file of type 'mail' anymore.  Vim needs to
check for mutt-*-\w instead of mutt-*-\d.

This patch fixes this systemwide:
