FreeBSD Port: ez-ipupdate-3.0.11b7

There are no instructions, no man page, It's just their with no
information or overview of how it works or how to config.
Maint log says that zoneedit was added but there is no zoneedit
named example config files. The ez-ipupdate web site's user
contributed install comments is non-functional.

If you can give me a hand, I will write something as an README file
you can include with the install or add to the desc or comments
files.
