NEW PORT graphics/hugin: could somebody pls have a look?

Hi,

while searching for hugin (a tool to make panorama images out of
multiple photographs) I discovered that "Carlos E. G. Carvalho"
<cartola at openit.com.br> already submitted a PR for it:

Could somebody have a look at it?

Please note that there are other dependencies submitted as other ports.
