port: comms/ixj broken ?

I cannot reproduce this error on my
FreeBSD 4.10-STABLE i386

I don't understand this log too.

It seems that machine/ipl.h is not found.
;locate ipl.h
/usr/include/machine/ipl.h
...

and I can see a -I/usr/include in the pointyhat log.

Is there something that I missed?
