error building ports index

Yes, I tried cvsup2. and it yielded the same result.
It is odd though, if you look on
http://www.freebsd.org/ports/index.html and search for
pymol it brings up 0.93 but if you refine the search
for 4.8-RELEASE it gives you 0.82_3. Why would the
web page specify two different ports for the different
RELEASES of FreeBSD?
