devel/apr and/or devel/subversion problem

  I always have my /usr/local/lib/compat/pkg clean. ALWAYS. If here is
  some libraries after portupgrade, I rebuild ports, which use old
  library.

  So, I think, that you `devel/apr' find old libgdbm AFTER you deinstall this
  package. It seems to be inconsistency in your system.
