Did you give a try with ssmtp instead of sendmail ? if you have a
working MTA it's pretty easy to set up.

1. install and configure ssmtp (define your mail hub in ${PREFIX}/etc/ssmtp/ssmtp.conf, and don't forget make replace)
2. echo "Joko Santoso" > ~/.fullname
3. [optionnal if you don't want to configure revalias as root] echo "gestway at hotmail.com" > ~/.ssmtprc
4. LOGNAME=gestway at hotmail.com send-pr -a <your shar archive>
