committers: please help with repocopy

ports committers -

Pursuant to PR ports/58178, some stuff from cad/ should be moved to
other categories. The repocopies for (some or all, not sure, of) the
ports in the PR have been copied by joe@, but the rest of the move needs
to happen (Makefiles need to be edited, CVSROOT/modules and MOVED need
to be updated, old dirs need to be cvs rm'd).

Can someone please grab the PR and take care of the second half of the
repocopy process? Also, if there are ports in the PR that didn't get
repocopied, please shoot an email to portmgr.
