%%PORTSDIR%% and %%PORTDOCS%%

But you would still need %%PORTDOSC%% for things such as:

%%PORTDOCS%%@dirrm %%DOCSDIR%%

Plus, it's nice to have DOCSDIR defined even if PORTDOCS is not set.
