%%PORTSDIR%% and %%PORTDOCS%%

Hello, ports! How are you?

  Now, if port supports `NOPORTDOCS=yes' and installs documents ino
standard place, it need to have something like this in `pkg-plist':

%%PORTDOCS%%%%DOCSDIR%%/some-doc.html

  But why we need this?! May be, when NOPORTDOCS is set, define
DOCSDIR to @comment in substs? So, such cionstruction

%%DOCSDIR%%/some-doc.html

  Will work properly in any case!
