x11-toolkits/py-qt & devel/sip: proposal for mirror sites??

Hello,

Again and again when Riverbank releases new py-qt or sip, it deletes the 
previous, old ones. So, both ports sometimes fall into an unfetchable state, 
unless they are updated.

Is it enough, in such a case, to have only one master site (besides
ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/distfiles/ which sometimes does not 
contain the packages for those ports) ? Unfortunately, I cannot find someone 
else who mirrors those packages.
