maxima - Update to 5.43.0

Update to 5.43.0.

Moreover:

- Moves NO_ARCH consistently with the recommended variables order.
- Simplifies pkg-plist by defining PORTDOCS, PORTDATA and PORTEXAMPLES
variables.

Tested successfully with poudriere on {11.2,12.0}-RELEASE {i386,amd64}.
