path for motion mask size

Motion mask is working only on VGA and lower resolution.
But pwcview can handle SVGA,XGA... resolution.

It's not useful.

Here is the patch.Now the motion mask size is up to 1600x1200.

New mask file is not compatible with old one.
You have to remove pwcview.msk before running pwcview,if you have already have
pwcvie.msk file.
