The good news is that the networking issue is fixed for now. Bad news
it that it caused a 15 outage for the entire site when the redundant
firewall failover failed.

We will be looking into exactly what happened.

PS. portsnap snapshots are still broken for new users, but it will be
fixed by forcing a full sync of the mirrors later today.
