Context: now ports head -r484783 and system head -r340287 based.

The multimedia/libvpx failure that I just sent to the lists has
blocked attempting multimedia/gstreamer1-libav at this time.

multimedia/libvpx failed for "as not found" in my WITHOUT_BINUTILS= based
