Do you have SHM enabled/loaded ("kldstat -v | grep shm" should print  
something with sysvshm)? If not, you can load the sysvshm module and  
test again.

This belongs into /boot/loader.conf, the syntax is  
<name_of_the_module>_load="YES", so if the module is  
/boot/modules/linux_v4l2wrapper.ko (or  
/boot/kernel/linux_v4l2wrapper.ko), the correct line is
   linux_v4l2wrapper_load="YES"
