multimedia/gstreamer is not respecting environment upon linking stage

Yep, now rebuilding here with gcc46 went as intended. Maybe build 
dependencies from packages introduced some silent corruption 
(perl modules are notable example, they need to be compiled with 
the same compiler as perl binary).
