libsndfile 1.0.18!

Hello all,

It seems libsndfile 1.0.18 finally got released. I'm currently busy (at
FOSDEM), but I guess we should bump our port to this new version.
Improvements:

- Less security holes.
- Support for Ogg Vorbis.
