igain mixer feature

Hi,

does anyone know why the igain feature is disabled in
sys/dev/sound/pcm/ac97.c?

I've enabled it and it at least didn't produced bad behavior. I got rid
of some warnings in net/skype by enabling it (and the recording is
louder than before).
