I have had the same problem for the past year with three different sound
cards a cmi8738, a Sound Blaster Live, and the Sound Blaster Audigy.
Here is the term output of ogle

I have had the same problem on all of my sound cards on Stable and
current, and if I find a title on a dvd where this problem surfaces I
can go to another title and then come back and the problem seems to go
away. Also when boot into linux is works fine. Anyway I was wondering
if there is some sort of work around for this problem. I would really
like to hear it.
